Gordon Duffy
Specialty: Master of Fitness Sciences

Practicing Since: 2006

Gordon Duffy is founder and CEO of the Duffy Fitness Institute which is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health through the utilization of science based exercise methodology. His client list is very diverse and includes the very fit, amateur and professional athletes of all ages, business professionals, seniors, cancer patients, as well as the neurologically challenged (including victims of ALS and Parkinsonʼs disease). Gordon has successfully rehabilitated more than 200 clients in the past 5 years.

Gordonʼs forty years of experience and successes have earned him international recognition. He is the national anti-aging expert in Canada and has launched a functional longevity program internationally with the prestigious Vistage International group. Cancer patients from the International Oasis in Mexico benefit from his services through Center for New Medicine. Most recently, Gordon has been retained to direct the Sports Medicine Department of the World Antiaging Optimal Healthcare facility in Shanghai, China.

Gordon earned a BS in Exercise Science from UCLA and a Master of Fitness Sciences degree from the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) in Hartford, Connecticut. Additional qualifications include recognition by the Poliquin Institute as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and as a Certified High Performance Exercise Kinesiologist from the CHEK Institute in Vista, CA.

Early in his career, Gordon competed as a European decathlete in the Pro Track league and was a Golden Glove boxer where he won in three different weight classes. When he entered the fitness world forty years ago, he worked almost exclusively with successful business and entertainment professionals. From there he evolved to athletes of all sports and levels including both Olympic and Professional ranks. While he continues to work with elite clients, his focus has now broadened to include the general population. His mission is now to teach clients how to increase and/or maintain function as they age and, thereby, demonstrate that age truly is just a number. Gordon is living proof that it can be done. Despite suffering a significant spinal injury in 2000 he, now at the age of 58, truly functions like a fine tuned 30 year old athlete. To accomplish his mission, Gordon is publishing two books (“Forget Everything You Ever Heard about Fitness” and “The Ageless Human”), producing a video on anti-aging, and will be releasing a line of anti-aging oriented supplements.
