- Medical considerations, including cardiovascular health issues, and how they affect an exercise program
- Nutritional and supplemental influences on an exercise program
- Devising the ideal exercise plan for optimal weight loss, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning
This lecture is especially important for those who have received a cardiac stress test in the past year. All attendees will receive a sample 1-year walk/jog program!

Written & Presented by Dr. Daren Gregson
Dr. Gregson received his PhD in sports medicine from the Karolinska School of Medicine in 1986, and was a former assistant athletic trainer for the LA Rams and Harlem Globetrotters. He has performed over 30,000 cardiac stress tests in the past 25 years, and has been a part-time colleague of Dr. Connealy’s for over 15 years.
