Greetings!

Spring is the time of year when we begin to stretch out and shake off the remnants of winter, first by casting off warm sweaters and jackets and then by clearing out the dust accumulated in the corners of our homes. As you look around your house and begin to make plans for the big spring clean, be mindful of the household items that contribute to your health and those that are detrimental. Our homes are our hard-earned sanctuaries and should be the place where we retreat from the outside world. As such, maintaining a healthy home should be at the very top of your to-do list.

This issue we would like to acknowledge the immense importance of healthy homes by launching a new section called Your Healthy Home. Each future newsletter will feature a section dedicated to healthy homes, with tips on how you can improve the health of your own home.
