Berberine


Berberine helps prevent dangerous oxidation of brain tissue which, in turn, helps restore or maintain memory and a strong brain. Coconut Oil


The medium-chain triglycerides in coconut oil are like a superfood for the brain. The brain is made up of about 60% fat (by weight) and as such, needs high-quality fats in order to function optimally. The key to coconut oil is its medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs). Most vegetable oils are long-chain triglycerides which are harder to break down and are more easily stored as fat. The smaller MCT’s are more readily broken down and absorbed for brain fuel (particularly when glucose is in short supply).


Coconut oil is also an anti-inflammatory and an antioxidant. Brain inflammation is a contributing factor to anxiety and depression. MCT coconut oil is a clear, flavorless oil that can easily be added to smoothies, soups, drizzled over salads.

B-Complex

Vitamin B12 plays a role in the production of myelin, a protective coating around the axons of our brain.
