  • Milk Thistle - daily

  • Taurine - daily

  • Probiotics - daily

  • Coffee Enema - once a week

  • Detox Bath - 3-4 times a week

  • Infrared Sauna - 2-3 times a week

  • 5-day fast - twice a year
