Healthy Living

It is important to be familiar with the link between cancer and environmental toxins in order to educate yourself on ways to minimize exposure to these compounds. Unfortunately, cancer will strike one in three human beings. It is absolutely vital to offer the following resources to prevent cancer and heal yourself. Below is the list of cancer causing agents that we all should attempt to avoid.

  • Do not drink fluoridated water or use fluoridated toothpaste

Food

  • Buy organic fruits and vegetables grown without pesticides, herbicides, synthetic fertilizers or hormones.
  • Buy fresh, frozen fruits and vegetables.
  • When  possible avoid canned foods.
  • Buy grass-fed and lower fat, hormone free meat, eggs and dairy products and avoid eating the fat of the animal.
